Welcome to Mosida Mini Moos! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our mini cattle. By accessing this site and making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

1. General Terms

• Mosida Mini Moos is a registered business specializing in the breeding and sale of mini cattle.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

• By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Purchasing & Deposits

• All calf purchases require a non-refundable deposit to secure your selection. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.

• Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price but are non-refundable unless Mosida Mini Moos is unable to fulfill the sale.

• Payments must be completed through approved methods (bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon means).

3. Health & Guarantees

• All calves are sold in healthy condition, up-to-date on vaccinations and veterinary care at the time of transfer.

• While we take every precaution to ensure the well-being of our mini cattle, we do not guarantee future health, fertility, or height, as many factors impact growth and development.

• Buyers are encouraged to conduct a veterinary check upon receiving their calf.

4. Transport & Delivery

• Buyers are responsible for arranging transport. We can assist in coordinating reputable livestock haulers but do not directly provide transport services.

• Mosida Mini Moos is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or losses that occur during transit once the calf has left our care.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of livestock sales, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where we are unable to provide the purchased animal.

• If you are unable to care for your calf after purchase, we may assist in rehoming but are not obligated to repurchase the animal.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Mosida Mini Moos is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or liabilities associated with the handling, care, or ownership of a purchased calf.

• Buyers assume full responsibility for understanding zoning laws and ownership regulations in their area before purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Mosida Mini Moos, or has been licensed to Mosida Mini Moos, and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any disputes must be resolved in a Utah court.
